Classically trained, Steve Corson, a.k.a. Chef Corso, is head chef and founder of Outdoor Eats – A mission driven company focused on elevating our meals in the outdoors. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Chef Corso has over 20 years of culinary experience ranging from research chef testing new food products to training culinary staffs for Starbucks all around the world. He is the author of the popular Outdoor Eats cookbook series that’s sold over 22,000 copies direct to consumers with no major retail chains.
